Nutritious?  Not sure.  Happy?  Absolutely.  While in Amman, Jordan, we stayed in the Capri Hotel Suites … and it had a hot plate.  So … Alannah asked the front desk for a pot to boil water and just down the street was a store that sold “knock off” Kraft Dinner.  That macaroni and cheese delicacy is something that Alannah and Connor missed a great deal.
